Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 33bw platform and its user ("you" or "player"). By accessing this platform through the 33bw website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

33bw is a secure and reliable online gaming platform that provides Bangladeshi users with a range of entertainment gaming options including live casino, slots, cricket betting, and fishing games.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account at 33bw:

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
Each person may operate only one account.
Accounts may not be transferred or sold to third parties.
Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
Keeping your login credentials confidential is your own responsibility.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

33bw may request identity verification at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. The following documents may be required:

A copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
Documents proving ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Failure to provide accurate information in a timely manner may result in the temporary suspension of your account.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit.
Withdrawals may be delayed if verification (KYC) has not been completed.
33bw reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraud is suspected.
Withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours — slight delays may occur on bank holidays.
The account name must match the name of the depositor.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

33bw offers a 100% welcome bonus for first-time depositors, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Bonus calculation examples:

Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
Deposit ৳42,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 (maximum cap) → Total ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus total.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

The welcome bonus applies once per user / per household / per IP address.
Claiming a bonus through multiple accounts or fraud will result in account closure.
Wagering contributions may be calculated at different rates for certain games — please check the terms of each offer separately.
33bw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.

VIP Program & Cashback

33bw's VIP program has three tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.

VIP tier assignment is at the discretion of 33bw. Cashback amounts are calculated based on net betting activity each week. 33bw reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits at any time.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on 33bw. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action may be taken:

Using another person's identity.
Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
Any form of technical manipulation or hacking attempt.
Transferring funds between accounts without meeting bonus conditions.
Conducting gaming activity on behalf of a minor.
Using funds obtained from illegal sources on the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Closure by 33bw

33bw reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Breach of any clause in these Terms.
Suspicion of fraud or deception.
Failure or refusal to complete identity verification.
Extended period of inactivity.
Judicial or regulatory order.

8.2 Account Closure Request by Player

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All active bonuses and wagering conditions will be reviewed before the account is closed. Any real-money balance in the account (excluding bonuses) will be returned subject to the applicable conditions being met.

Limitation of Liability

33bw will not bear any liability in the following cases:
